What form of payment do we accept?
We accept major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discovery or direct payments through PayPal.
Special Note regarding COVID -19 and Domestic Shipping: At this time there are delays with all carriers due to COVID-19; this could affect the transit time of your order.
Where do we ship to?
We offer free shipping (USPS standard rates in the USA only). Currently we are only shipping domestically.

We ship from our warehouse in Atlanta, GA. USA
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free (standard USPS Service) in the United States only. If you need faster service, shipping options can be calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping take? What shipping methods do you use?
All orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed after your purchase is complete.

LOST/DAMAGED BY POSTAL SERVICE: We are not responsible for any errors made by the postal service. However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your purchase notification email please contact us via our contact page and we will direct you as to how to file a claim with the postal service. Thank you for your understanding with this.
RETURNED MAIL: If a package is returned because the address provided to us was incorrect, we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address, and buyer will need to pay shipping and handling costs before we will send the package again.
REFUSED/UNCLAIMED MAIL: If delivery is refused by recipient or package is unclaimed for any reason, the order will not be refunded unless the package returns to S.K.Inspirations. If the package does return, a refund will be applied for the cost of the items only (provided they are in resalable condition)
SHIPPING CHARGES: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
What is our return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Memory Bell purchase. We go to extraordinary lengths to ensure all our items are well packaged with the utmost protection. If we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged please contact us at email@example.com below and we’ll make things right.
To return a damaged or incorrect item, please follow the steps below:

Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost provided the return is in original resalable condition and all enclosures are present as well. After review, your refund will be issued. (We cannot guarantee all items will be in stock for exchanges)
